COALITION OF OWNERS OF SMALL SCALE REFINERIES IN IJAW NATION AND NIGER DELTA (COSSRINND) PROPOSE TO SELL CLEAN FUEL AT N100 PER LITRE TO CUSHION THE EFFECTS OF REMOVAL OF PETROLEUM OIL SUBSIDY
With a view to ameliorating the suffering of the masses of Nigeria and neighbouring communities, Coalition of Owners of Small Scale Refineries In Ijaw Nation and Niger Delta (COSSRINND) has proposed to roll out clean and affordable petroleum products to meet the needs of domestic and international consumption if allowed to buy and refine crude which is available to them at their environment. This declaration is coming on the heels of the agitations and protests that have greeted the removal of Petroleum Subsidy by the Nigerian government owing to massive corruption in the process, which has resulted in a huge loss of revenue by the Nigerian government.
