The Performing Musicians Employers' Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Bayelsa State C hapter, has congratulated the Bayelsa State Government ably led by His Excellency Sen. Douye Diri on the upcoming Bayelsa @ 30 Anniversary Celebrations, calls for inclusion in the planning and organizing of the event and compliance with 2026 PMAN Bayelsa State Executive Order on Use of Music in Public places. The PMAN Bayelsa State Chapter Governor Comrade Tuebi Sapere-Obi also called on the organizers of the official Bayelsa @ 30 Music Concert to fully involve the recognized body of musicians in the planning and execution of the event.
