LIVING FAITH CHURCH AND PASTORS DRAGGED TO COURT OVER REFUSAL TO PAY LEGAL FEES AND DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER OF LAWYER IN BAYELSA

Rural Peoples' Assembly newsroom correspondence Aisha Danjuma has received information from the Director General of Community Law Centre, Barr. Aniso O. Abraham that the lawyer has dragged the Church and Two of its pastors in Akenpai branch, Yenagoa, Baylesa State to court over complaints bothering on refusal by the Church to pay the legal fees of the resident pastor's residence Pastor Joseph Olamife  comprising of a 4 bedroom duplex which the church secured for the Pastor when he was posted to the Akenpai branch of the Church.  Interestingly, alongside the allegation of refusal to pay legal fees, the Church's assistant pastor and church administrator was also dragged to court for alleged defamatory statements made by him against the lawyer who is managing the property.
