How PACON was used to deceive Bayelsans and the attempt to Blackmail the Liberation Movement in Bayelsa State ...... State Chairman (Interview)

In an interview session granted to our correspondence in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State over the weekend, the State Chairman Barr. Aniso O. Abraham of Liberation Movement in Bayelsa State has made shocking Revelations about how PACON, a registered non-governmental organization operating in Bayelsa State, as a civil society organization had deceived Bayelsans and Ijaw people into believing they meant well for the State, while pretentiously deceiving the public and currying favours through blackmail and extortion, which now appears to be the business of the trustees of the organization.
According to him, the said Trustees led by the Arch Convener Barr. Aluzu Ebikebuna even dared to test their deceit, blackmail and extortion on him, but he said he was no fool, so he didn't fall for it, because he could smell their bullshit from miles away, and stopped them in their tracks. He added that, one of the trustees, Mr. Vijah I.E. Opuama even presented a false personal profile to the party to aid his nomination to run for Governorship in the state under the Liberation Movement political party platform, in November 2019 and almost ruined the good image of the party, but for the timely intervention of the party's stakeholders who eventually expelled him from the party, together with his deputy, Mr. Franklin Ide.
The said Vijah now quietly enjoys his out-of-court settlement deal in his Maitama, Abuja resident, a loot he acquired from the negotiation he made over his petition at the Bayelsa State Governorship Elections Petitions Tribunal, 2020 after his withdrawal of his Petition against the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State in exchange for a bargain fee of over N150million, gained from his sponsorship by the party which saw him cashing-out big time in September, 2020 from Bayelsa State politicians against the wishes of the party..
Cashing out in Bayelsa State seems to be a normal thing because most of the youths and elders are doing it. Even lawyers like Aluzu and Pius seem to prefer that line of trade, since blackmail has been viewed as lucrative business and integrity is murdered daily at will in Bayelsa State. These lawyers even dared to say an aborminable thing like "they were threatened to withdraw the petition by Supreme Court Justices", when asked to explain themselves.
The State Chairman also stated that his company A. O. Aniso Business Ventures, an accredited CAC company registration firm, was currently baselessly being investigated by the Nigeria Police upon false allegations of forgery by some of the trustees, in a bid to shut him up because he has warned the NGO that he will expose them if they don't change their ways.
He cautioned Mr. Aluzu Ebikebuna and Pius Damba to thread with caution and desist from spreading falsehood and refrain from acting in manners unbecoming of a legal practitioners, or risk loosing their license as practicing lawyers in Nigeria for denying his party an opportunity to make a difference in Bayelsa State politics, by intentionally violating the interests of the party when they were briefed to represent the Party at the tribunal.
He wondered why Aluzu will go to the extent of writing frivolous petitions based on falsehood to the LPDC against the State Chairman, all in a bid to scare the unshakable State Chairman, advicing that truth will always prevail over falsehood. The Chairman when asked what he intends to do about the libelous publications, promised to sue Aluzu and the other seven (7) trustees for defamation of character, and also deregister PACON if the trustees led by Barr. Aluzu do not act wisely going forward. He warned them to stay clear of him and ensure that they make adequate recompense for their past actions or face severe sanctions, including criminal litigation from the Party.
Aluzu, who is currently being quizzed by the Criminal Investigation Department of Nigeria Police Force headquarters in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state for alleged forgery and acting in excess of his powers as Chairman Board of Trustees (BOT) of Patriotism Advancement and Community Orientation Network (PACON) and Arch Convener of PACON at the same time, is seriously appealing for peaceful settlement in a false forgery case he personally raised to malign the Bayelsa State Chairman of Liberation Movement, but was caught in his own web, even as he is now dragging the entire trustees down with him.
It is hoped that at the end of the investigation, the true identity of the 8 men behind the mask will be revealed and their true nature exposed.
